Service Description
Welcome to Stamp & Stats Maiden, LLC, your one-stop solution for all your document printing needs! Our laser color printers can handle letter and legal size documents with ease. Just let us know how many pages are in each document and how many sets you need, and we'll take care of the rest. Even if you're not in need of notary services, we can still print and deliver your documents hassle-free. With fees as low as $1.00 per page for B&W and $2.00 per page for Color, we make quality printing affordable for all. An additional delivery fee of $25.00 per drop off for Broward County, FL and $35.00 for Dade and Palm Beach Counties. I can also arrange and quote on FedEx and UPS delivery for counties or states not listed. Please make sure documents are properly edited as we do not provide any editing services. The document will be printed as the file was received and no refunds will be issued after documents have been printed.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible. However, to ensure reliable service to all our valued clients, we have implemented the following appointment and refund policy: Appointments and Rescheduling: 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client. Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Changes or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the paid appointment, or a charge of at least 50% of the original appointment fee. No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations: No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the paid appointment. No refunds will be issued. Refund Policy: General Refunds: Due to the nature of our business and the commitment of resources required for each appointment, refunds are generally not provided. Once a seal is affixed or a service is completed that cannot be reversed or undone, no refunds may be given. This policy is in place to: Ensure that our service providers' time is respected. Maintain a reliable schedule for all clients. Minimize disruptions to our operations. Cover costs associated with late cancellations and no shows.
