Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible. However, to ensure reliable service to all our valued clients, we have implemented the following appointment and refund policy: Appointments and Rescheduling: 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client. Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Changes or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the paid appointment, or a charge of at least 50% of the original appointment fee. No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations: No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the paid appointment. No refunds will be issued. Refund Policy: General Refunds: Due to the nature of our business and the commitment of resources required for each appointment, refunds are generally not provided. Once a seal is affixed or a service is completed that cannot be reversed or undone, no refunds may be given. This policy is in place to: Ensure that our service providers' time is respected. Maintain a reliable schedule for all clients. Minimize disruptions to our operations. Cover costs associated with late cancellations and no shows.
